Next-Generation Technologies and Development Dynamics in the Grain Processing Industry of Uzbekistan
Downloads
This article examines the modern trends and prospects of deep processing of grain crops in Uzbekistan. It analyzes technological processes such as grain fractionation, starch and protein extraction, bioconversion, and the production of high value-added feeds. The economic and environmental impacts of these processes are evaluated. Organizational and investment aspects of production localization are discussed, and recommendations for the development of the sector are provided in the context of the national agricultural policy.
